They had a pretty tough brief (food stations in the garden, wild foods, veal and exquisitely rustic). We were astonished at how successfully they managed to fulfil it. I work for a high-end organic food retailer, cafes and restaurants (Daylesford) so like to think I know a bit about food – and our guests were all big foodies. I’ve never been to a wedding where so many people were discussing the food with such positivity!
And nothing was too much trouble when it came to service… and as a bloke [Tim!] with OCD and more spreadsheets than imaginable, it was reassuring to see the transparent planning that goes in beforehand. The references you see on their website are genuine.
